President / CEO
D. Jeff Lykins
Jeff Lykins is President and CEO of the Lykins Companies. Founded in 1948 by Jeff's grandfather, Lykins Companies is still family owned and operated. Jeff is a third generation family member who describes himself as "an Oil Marketer." Lykins is a BP, Marathon, Exxon, Shell and Clark marketer supplying over 160 independent dealers. The company, headquartered in Milford, Ohio, employs over 200 people, and has over $1 billion in sales.
Over the years Lykins Companies has diversified into several specialized aspects of the petroleum industry including wet hosing, petroleum transportation, petroleum wholesaling in 15 States, and servicing more than 25,000 residences with home heating oil and propane.
Very active in the oil industry, Jeff has served on the Board of Directors of the Ohio Petroleum Marketers and C-Stores Association and also served for two years as OPMCA Chairman, as well as on the OPMCA nominating committee. Additionally, he has served as Chairman, Vice Chairman and Treasurer of the Petroleum Marketers of America and also as Chairman of the Brands committee and as a member of the Executive and Nominating committees and Chairman of the Petroleum Marketers Educational Foundation. Jeff has served as the Chairman of the Board of directors of the BP Amoco Marketers Association and
as Chairman of the Strategic Advisory Group.
Equally committed to the local community as well as the oil industry, Jeff has served as the President of the Milford / Miami Township Chamber of Commerce,and has served as chairman of several chamber committees including governmental affairs, economic development and Frontier Days. Jeff has served as President of the Clermont County Community Improvement Corporation, a Board member of the Economic Development Council of Clermont County and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the National Bank & Trust in Wilmington Ohio and on the board of the Mercy Foundation.
Jeff attended the University of Cincinnati, enjoys spending time on his boat the "Thunderchild" and is a private pilot. He lives in Milford, Ohio, and has two children Andrea and DJ.

CFO
Robert J. Manning
Bob is a CPA with an accounting degree from Miami University, and a MBA from Xavier University. He worked in public accounting for ten years prior to joining Lykins.
Bob and his wife, Cheryl live in Milford, Ohio along with their two sons - Mark and Kevin. Bob is serving on Clermont County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the Governmental Affairs Committee. He is also on the financial committee for Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Church and is a member of the Events Committee for the Association for Corporate Growth. Bob enjoys outdoor activities including an occasional round of poor golf.

Ronald Lykins
Ron has been a part of the industry all his life and has a "hands on" approach to his position at Lykins.
He and his wife Regina enjoy outdoor activities and live in Milford, Ohio.

V.P. Sales & Marketing
Ron Similo
Ron is a petroleum marketing specialist with over thirty years of industry experience. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Economics and M.B.A. and M.S. degrees from the WV College of Graduate Studies (Marshall University).
Prior to joining Lykins, Ron served as VP of Petroleum Sales, Marketing and Supply for Pennzoil Company where he was employed for over twenty-five years. After leaving Pennzoil he worked for the Valvoline Company where he managed the sales and marketing activities of the Eastern Region as well as developing the highly successful Valvoline Express Care program.
He has served on Lykins Board of Directors since it's inception and has provided guidance and counsel to the Company for over twenty years.
