Lykins Fleet Program was designed with businesses like yours in mind.
Freedom
- Purchase ability at over 160 fueling locations, PLUS earn rebates at all BP branded locations within our network.
Control
- Customize each fuel card based on who is using it within your company.
- Choose to use your cards at any Lykins location in the U.S. and/or at any authorized maintenance provider who accepts the Lykins Fleet Card. (Refer to location list for accepting providers.)
- Issue cards for drivers or vehicles with the options to prompt for odometer readings and driver or vehicle identification numbers at the pump.
- Set purchase abilities, spending limits and usage frequency limits for each card by day, week or month.
- Invoices
- Invoices are available online for customers who request this service in their user profile. Fleet Managers can even set a flag to receive an email notification when an invoice is available.
- Management Reports
- Management reports provide company-wide information, such as the overall credit balance for your company and fuel transactions for all company vehicles. These reports are generated automatically and are available online for customers who request access.
Data Reports
- Customer transaction data is used to produce invoices and management reports. Data Reports contain more information than the actual management or invoice reports. The data can also be downloaded into fleet management software.
- Report Builder
- This tool allows you to generate reports containing recent account cardholder activity. You can define the level of detail you need from each report (for example, activity for all cardholders vs. a specific cardholder).
- Real Dollar Savings
- Keep costs down by preventing unauthorized purchases before they occur.
- Studies have shown that you can reduce maverick spending by as much as 15% by using such a card. (Automotive Fleet Magazine)

- Earn rebates based on number of gallons of gasoline purchased at all Lykins BP branded locations.
